Central location
Being 2 friends travelling, we decided to book a 3 person room to make sure we had a large room with enough space and separate beds and were happy to pay extra for the privalige. Upon arrival we were originally given a room with just enough space for the double bed because there was only 2 people on the list as it was decided we were a couple. There was not enough room either side of the bed for a suitcase even. It took some negotiation and 1 day in a sub standard room before the staff were able to move us to the room type we actually paid for. I dont think the number of travellers should be a factor in what room you get, it should be based on what you actually paid for when booking and did upset the first days of our holiday. The staff themsselves however, were as helpful as possible djdinr our stay and very understanding but something like this can put black nrak on an otherwise great holidday.

El hotel en general es muy bueno. La habitación amplia y muy confortable. Todo muy moderno. Su localización, a pesar de ser difícil de encontrar y qudar un poco apartado del centro, es buena. Tiene vistas muy buenas en el lado que da hacia la montaña. No es necesario dejar el coche en el garage, siempre hay aparcamiento disponible justo al lado del hotel. La chica de recepción tambien muy amable. Al segundo dia nos cambiaron de habitación a la tercera planta con vistas a la montaña. Relación calidad/precio excelente. Hotel muy recomendable
Es un poco difícil de encontrar y queda un poco apartado del centro, aun así la zona es muy buena y es fácil aparcar justo al lado del hotel. Y una vez que conoces la zona en coche se llega rápido. Las habitaciones no tienen bañera, pero la ducha de hidromasaje está muy bien.
